Border Motor Club is promoting the Alan Healy Memorial Cadwell Park Stages on Sunday 8th April 2012 (note revised date).

Border Motor Club with assistance from former members of South Bank Motor Club, who successfully ran events at Cadwell for numerous years, have secured the use of the 'Mini Nurburgring' for a single venue stage rally.

The rally is being run in memory of Alan Healy, the late President of Border Motor Club and one of the Club's founder members. In a long and varied career, Alan had been a driver, a steward, sponsor, C of C, Lombard RAC control officer and several other titles; but he was just as comfortable and at home operating a radio or simply being a marshal.

Along with many other Border members, Alan had been at the first of the South Bank Motor Club Cadwell Park Stages, and we think he would approve of his Club now carrying on the tradition of organising events at this great venue.

Alan always insisted on doing everything to the highest standards, and the Organisers will be doing everything to ensure you have an enjoyable day's sport.
